Emanuel Lutheran Church and School is located in downtown Patchogue Village on the north side of East Main Street (Montauk Highway / Route 27A) just east of Maple Avenue, or west of Medford Avenue (Route 112).

• From the East or West:
  Via Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 64 (Route 112) South.
  Via Sunrise Hwy (Route 27) to Exit 53 (Route 112) South. Take Route 112 south to the end and turn right onto Route 27A (East Main Street). Continue west on East Main Street 1/2 mile; church and school are on the right.
  
  Via Montauk Highway (Route 27A)
  Follow Route 27A into Village of Patchogue. Eastbound, continue east 1/2 mile past North Ocean Avenue; the church is on your left, just after Maple Avenue. Westbound, continue west 1/2 mile past Route 112 (Medford Avenue); the church and school are on your right.
  
  
• From the North: Take Route 112 south to the end and turn right onto Route 27A (East Main Street). Continue east on East Main Street 1/2 mile; church and school are on the right.
